I I needed to send a good friend flowers on her birthday but I live in Florida and I know that the long-distance florist services are not very good. I had heard very good things about Brunetto‘s and contacted them to do a special arrangement. They literally knocked it out of the park! Going all the way to purchase special flowers only for that arrangement then putting together special instructions on how to take care of the flowers and teaching the delivery personExactly what to say so she could relay the instructions properly. I received a very huge bunch of beautiful flowers from this flower shop yesterday. The florist is very creative and knows exactly what kind of flowers fit for the occasion. Oh my god. What can I say? The owners of Brunetto's are first-class angels. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family friend at the hospital by Brunetto's. I ordered them in the morning for same-day delivery. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the hospital didn't assign this friend a room in the hospital after her surgery in the morning, so the delivery guy gave up at 5 when the candy-stripers left and brought the arrangement back to Brunetto's. I was fairly distraught, since I had called the hospital several times that day and no one could tell me where she was and I couldn't get down there. At 7:15 I get a call from Bernie, one of the owners, explaining that he had taken the arrangement back to the hospital and stayed there until he got a room number and delivered them himself. He even spoke with my recovering friend and gave me a little status update. Seriously, who goes the extra mile like that in this day and age? I was totally floored (and relieved that someone finally found her)!

I know nothing about flowers, so when I came in to Brunettos they provided me with the best service. They helped me pick out an arrangement, suggested what would be the best fit. I was surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were. Not to mention this was ON Valentines Day, probably their busiest day of the year and they still managed to exceed my expectations.
